Indoor Cycling Class Descriptions



Cycle Basic

This introductory class is designed to teach you the basics about indoor cycling. Here we focus on proper technique and posture on the bike.

Cycle and Core

60 min. spin followed by 30 min. of intense abdominal work. Come for one or both. This 90minutes class will burn calories while sculpting your abs! All levels welcome.

Cycle Beats

Come lose yourself in the beat in this challenging, music-driven cycling class. All tracks are designed to help you burn calories, SWEAT.

Drills and Hills

A drill based ride focusing on intensity and power out put.  Perfect for the rider looking to improve on their speed and cardio endurance.  Also an extremely efficient workout designed to maximize caloric expenditure in a relatively short period of time - great for participants working with a busy schedule.

Elite Ride

A 75-minute ride designed to improve your 'outside riding' ability. Longer duration drills - with a focus on hills and interval work - will build your cardio endurance, leg strength and overall fitness to the beat of the music. Designed for intermediate to advanced riders although all levels are encouraged to give it a try!

Endurance Training

A 75-minute ride designed to improve your cardio endurance, leg strength and overall fitness. Longer duration drills and lots of hill work with a focus on heart rate, cycling cadence and cycling technique. Designed for intermediate to advanced riders although all levels are encouraged to give it a try! A heart rate monitor is strongly encouraged and will allow you to get the most out of this class.

Rhythm Ride

This class is all about the music. Burn calories, gain strength and improve stamina efficiently while using the rhythm of music. All levels welcome.

Road Ready

Ride like a cyclist. Ride with the pros. Personalize your workout by monitoring your cadence (speed) and heart rate.  Each week will take you on a different journey so you will always be challenged. Simulates various outdoor environments; from power challenging hills to endurance orientated rides. You don't have to be a cyclist to do this class but you sure will feel like one!

Short Ride

Have you been sitting at work all day? Do you need to unwind? Come join us for an intense 45 minute burst of energy. High intensity drills, and sprints. This class is short but challenging!

The Long Ride

A 75 minute class designed to challenge your endurance. Hill climbs, straight rides and power drills are the focus in this class. All level welcome. Be prepared to work hard!

The Morning Grind

45 minutes of intense cycling followed by 45 minutes of boot-camp! After 90 minutes you will feel like you really climbed the grind!

The Ride

This 45min. class is a great way to start off your day. All levels.

Yoga Ride

Nothing beats a sport-style yoga flex'ation after a hard 60 minute spin class. The Yoga Ride is designed for anyone, come sweat out the ride portion and head upstairs after for a 45 minute ashtanga style yoga that will leave your muscles and mind relaxed and recovered for the following day. Class style changes periodically, depending on the fatigue after spin class. Yogi's that do not do the spin class are totally welcome!
