The first step in designing your personalized fitness program is the fitness consultation. This is best done meeting up with one of our certified personal trainers. This session is intended to provide critical information regarding your health history, lifestyle, activity level, exercise experience, and goals and desires so that your individual training program can be properly designed. Depending on your particular goals, baseline measurements of general cardiopulmonary and muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and body composition can also be taken.
