One of the leading business minds in the fitness industry, Leonard Schlemm is Chairman and CEO of Sila Holdings, a Cyprus holding company which owns one of the largest chains of fitness centers in Russia. He is also the President of The Atwater Club, a private racquet club, and the Mansfield Club, a high-end fitness facility, both in located in Montreal. Leonard was a co-founder of 24 Hour Fitness, one of the world's largest privately owned and operated fitness center chains and was its chairman from 1986 to 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University (great distinction) and an MBA from Harvard (with distinction). He received his CA designation in 1975.
Don has over 30 Years of Proven Fitness Club experience, success & expertise in Fitness Center Operations & Management. Specific expertise in Club Marketing, Sales & Fitness Management, Club Construction, Integration and Pre-Sales. Don has been employed by Family Fitness Centers, Holiday Health Clubs, European Health Spas, and had recently completed 24 years with 24 Hour Fitness Centers in the US from 1984-2008. Don was 24 Hour Fitness' first District Manager, first Regional Vice President and eventual Division President. He recently has come on board with Vancouver Bay Clubs (Steve Nash Sports Clubs) and will be heading up the development, growth & expansion for the organization in Vancouver.
