Greg Day

Greg joins our team from Whistler, BC, where he attained national and international recognition in competitive alpine ski racing, mountain and road cycling. His training methodology focuses on a healthy balance of core, resistance and cardiovascular training to yield optimum results, and he enjoys working with a diverse spectrum of clients.
