Phil joins us from the Cariboo where he held wellness workshops, guided hikes, and trained several clients. He also coached soccer and trained young athletes to compete in the BC Youth Aboriginal Games. His experience as a Lifestyle Coach has helped him realize that every individual has different needs as well as different barriers, so training the mind as well as the body is a major part of his training philosophy. His lifelong passion for staying active and living a balanced, healthy lifestyle has brought him on as a new member of the Steve Nash Sports Club training team.
