Shawn has been involved in fitness programs for 15 years. He has been actively working out since Junior High School. He has participated in baseball, hockey, triathlons, track and field, soccer and football. Within the past year, he has worked in fitness facilities, training sports teams and developing young athletes. When not in the gym, he enjoys playing highly competitive soccer, snowboarding, and wake boarding. From his vast athletic background and military training, he has developed a knowledgeable approach to various techniques and programs that can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness from beginner to advance.
