Adam is an avid athlete, competing in all forms of sports at an elite level such as hockey, lacrosse, rugby as well as participating in countless marathon races. His current goal is to qualify for the Boston marathon in 2009. From Adam's experience in competitive sport and his degree in exercise science, he has a very unique approach to training. Combining all forms of training: power lifting, body weight, endurance training and interval cardio, he creates programs that maximize the body systems to get results and reach goals faster.
