Caine Wendt
J. Caine Wendt has been involved in fitness and athletics for over 29 years and personal training for over 14yrs. Participating and competing in a wide variety of athletic pursuits such as baseball, rugby, basketball, boxing, tennis, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, kung fu, track and field, natural bodybuilding and soccer.
Caine was a member of the U-16 Canadian National Soccer Team that played in the 1986 JVC Junior World Cup. Caine competes at a national, world and pro level in natural bodybuilding placing first in the heavyweight division in the 2003-2004 FAME WNSO National Championships and 2005 and 2006 FAME WNSO World Championships and finally in the 2007 FAME WNSO National Championships winning the heavyweight division and overall title to capture his PRO Card. In 2008, Caine competed internationally in his birth country Fiji, winning the overall titles in both the Mr. Suva and Mr. Fiji Bodybuilding Championships.
Caine works with a wide variety of clients specializing in: physique transformation/posing routines/contest dieting, resistance training, and sports specific training.
