Kristin is a graduate of the Human Kinetics program at the University of British Columbia (UBC), where she maintained an ‘A’ average. She played soccer at Langara College and currently plays at the Select level, where she has been the captain of the team for the past three years. Her diverse background in a variety of sports including basketball, volleyball and gymnastics, and competitive soccer and fastball, allows her to work with a wide range of exercisers from beginners to elite level athletes. She takes an individual approach to training. She believes each person should have a unique training program and tailors them accordingly.
Kristin strongly believes that a well-rounded, physically and mentally healthy lifestyle requires the inclusion of exercise, proper nutrition and effective injury and disease prevention. She is looking forward to helping you reach your goals.
