Curtis came from an industry where he had worked for many years spending most of his time in front of a computer. This has given him a crucial understanding of the various different pressures of what people face while trying to earn a living and be successful and while trying to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Curtis’ interest in weight training and fitness helped him improve his posture and cope with work-related stress. After having shoulder, back and knee injuries from motor vehicular accidents, Curtis learned how to understand the human body and its biomechanics. He used the opportunity of training with elite trainers to further educate himself and apply the principles of exercise to correct his own limitations and injuries. His experience in injury rehabilitation has led him to a huge transition of becoming a personal trainer. He lives to learn and continually gain new and exciting information. This motivated him to pursue Pilates and Massage Therapy. He enjoys interacting with people and giving all he can to help people strive for their health and fitness goals. His unique approach to training is geared towards improving function, range of motion, mobility, self-esteem, and quality of life.
