Ryan Murphy

Ryan's involvement in competitive soccer and rugby sparked his interest in fitness at an early age.  Overcoming sports related knee and shoulder injuries, as well as a desire to help family members with health issues led him to broaden his understanding of fitness and health. Ryan worked to learn not only how to strengthen the body, but repair damage already done and how to prevent injuries from happening in the first place.  This thirst to know more about the body and all its connections led to an honours degree in Kinesiology and Mat Pilates training.  Ryan's experience has formed a strong holistic approach to his training.  He believes in creating balance by designing a program that integrates and cultivates strength, flexibility, nutrition and all the connections between the mind and body. Whatever your focus Ryan will help to create awareness of the underlying issues, and work to improve your strengths and correct imbalances.
